The Step by Step Process of Concrete Production

1. Aggregate Feeding

The process begins with the storage of raw materials such as sand, crushed stone, and gravel in aggregate bins. Depending on whether you use an Inline or Compact plant, these materials are fed into weighing hoppers for further processing.

2. High-Precision Weighing

Quality concrete depends on the exact ratio of ingredients. Our plants utilize high-precision load cells that weigh every gram of aggregate, cement, and water.

We instantly transmit this data to the PLC control system to ensure the mix matches your required design (such as M20, M30, etc.) every single time.

3. Cement and Additive Management
