Working Principles
- Weighing Virgin Aggregates
- Aggregates (sand, gravel, crushed stone) are individually weighed using automatic, continuous belt speed control.
- Proportions are determined by the plant’s control system and conveyed to the dryer.
- Drying and Heating
- Aggregates pass through the primary zone of the drum where heat from the burner dries them.
- In the secondary zone, asphalt is added and thoroughly blended while continuing the drying process.
- Aggregate Flow and Mixing
- Internal flights ensure uniform aggregate distribution, efficient heating, and thorough mixing.
- Continuous Asphalt Production
